Acceptance of Terms

    By installing or using AeroPrompt (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the extension and discontinue use.

    These terms apply to both the Free and Pro tiers of AeroPrompt, and to all visitors of aeroprompt.in.

    We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

Description of Service

    AeroPrompt is a Chrome browser extension that enhances prompts directly inside AI chat interfaces (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) without requiring you to leave the conversation.

  • Free Tier — 10 prompt optimizations per day using a fast AI inference model. No account required to install; an account is required to track daily quota.
  • Pro Tier — Unlimited prompt optimizations using a high-reasoning model (Claude Sonnet), plus encrypted cloud sync for custom templates and history.

    • The Service relies on third-party AI API providers (OpenRouter) for inference. Service availability is subject to these upstream dependencies.

Acceptable Use

    You agree to use AeroPrompt only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code from the extension or our inference backend.
  • Circumvent quota limits through automated requests, account sharing, or technical manipulation.
  • Use the Service to generate content that violates applicable laws, infringes intellectual property rights, or promotes harm.
  • Resell or redistribute AeroPrompt or its output as a standalone product without prior written consent.

    • Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

Limitation of Liability

    AeroPrompt is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

    We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce any specific quality of AI output. Prompt optimization results may vary.

    To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AeroPrompt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

    Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Subscriptions & Billing

    Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Razorpay. Prices are displayed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

    Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

  • No prorated refunds are issued for unused subscription time. Please see our Refund Policy for complete details.

    • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days prior notice sent to your registered email.

    These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
